My Bio:

I am Stacey Simone Bronner. Currently, I reside in Georgia with my husband and four sons, ages from 10 to 20 years old. I am a graduate from University of South Florida, with a B.A. in Corporate Finance and a B.A. in Management. I am a Certified Life Coach, specializing in parenting, improving your health, success coaching and relationship coaching. I have been a real estate broker for 18 years and a Pastors wife for 22 years. I bring a wealth of experience in the areas that I coach in.

I am grateful for life, health, and a good family. While my plate may be full, I have found my balance in life coaching. I am focused, witty, capable, real, thus bring a mature approach to life coaching and to the people I coach.

I bring a unique perspective to Life Coaching since health management is very close to my heart. I have experienced a health crisis first hand in my own home. One of my sons-who was eleven years old at the time-was on the verge of being overweight and of being placed on cholesterol medication. I knew as a parent that I had to step up and do something to get my child healthy, and to help my family develop healthier habits. It was
my fault the way he was. He couldn’t drive himself to the fast foods restaurants or buy junk at the grocery store.

After a huge lifestyle shift, he has been fit and healthy ever since. My son is now 20 years old and embraces a balanced, active lifestyle. Little did I know that stage in my life would be the beginning of my journey towards Life Coaching?

When many of the parents from my son’s school and church members saw his transformation, they asked me to put what I did in a book so they could do the same for their own families. This is how the book Slimdown for Kids was born. I also started a website to help people with their health called www.slimdownforhealth.com.

I hope to spread the same positivity and balance in others' lives that I have worked hard to establish in my own.

This is why I am motivated and excited to be your Life Coach. Contact me for a FREE consultation or sign up for a coaching package...

She inspires, she listens and really cares about other people...

When I moved away from Arkansas to start college in Atlanta, Georgia. I left behind my family and friends to start my new life alone in a state where I knew no one. In 2007 I met Mrs. Bronner and her family. I didn’t know what to expect from her. As a matter of fact I didn’t expect anything. I was alone, broke and needed a job and she provided me with help. However, what began as a job turned out to be so much more; more than any hourly salary could provide. She provided me with guidance. I had and still have many questions about my life; which direction to go, relationships, how to view the world so I started asking questions. I didn’t expect her to provide me with many of the answers she provided me with, but she answered them honestly and sincerely. In a world where it seems like everyone wants something, she didn’t. She would simply give me advice without wanting a thing in return. I noticed that most of the time she wouldn’t tell me what exactly to do but she would say something so powerful, something so thought provoking that when I would go home at the end of the night, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Most importantly, she really cared. Time would go by and she would bring that subject back up asking if I had thought about it no matter what it was and how much time had gone by. When I first moved to Atlanta, it was only to obtain my Bachelor’s degree. Coming from an uneducated background that was already going to be a huge accomplishment for my family and I. I never had anyone to push me or give me advice so that’s all I really was shooting for. However, around my last year of college Mrs. Bronner asked me what my goals were and had I ever thought about furthering my education? Have I ever considered a Master’s degree? At this time of course not. I did feel like I needed more training in my field but I didn’t think about continuing college. She motivated me to want to excel so I did. I applied for graduate school and now have a Master’s degree. Had she not ever put that thought in my mind or had me question It., I honestly don’t know if I would have gone. It has been one of the best decisions I could have made it my life. When I moved away from Atlanta to attend graduate school, it was very difficult for me. I didn’t want to leave her. She had provided me with such a positive environment and every time I was around her, her positivity about life would push me to better myself so much more.

Even now in 2014 when I am confused about something I still rely on her for advice. Many times, I just need someone to listen. Knowing that I could pick up my phone anytime and call her brings me a world of comfort. When she first told me that she was thinking about becoming a life coach I smiled. I immediately thought to myself” you already are.” A life coach isn’t something you can train to be. It already has to be in you. You have to have a heart that wants to help people and Mrs. Bronner definitely has that. What’s even great about her is that I don’t think she knows how great she is. I think people ask her questions and advice and she just naturally tells them what she thinks. What she doesn’t know is how years later that advice she gave is still sitting in the back of my mind and although I don’t verbally say it that my actions in my everyday life is based on that advice she given me. Moving from state to state, I have had the privilege to meet many people but no matter how many times I move and how many people I meet there is still no one like her. There hasn’t been many times where I felt like I needed to keep in contact with people but she is a must. There is a big difference between someone who wants to help you than a person who feels like they have to help you. She is definitely not the latter. She helps you because she wants to and it’s not just me, I have seen her do this with numerous people around me. I can honestly say, I don’t know where I would be without her. I have cried many nights because of me not knowing my next step or what direction to take. Sometimes, I’m just so confused about the simple things in my life but the second I phone her up and talk to her; after I hang up I feel like I know exactly what to do. Now, is that the case? Probably not, I may still be a little confused on what direction to take in my life but what she can say to me and how she can have me to think in another direction is sometimes all I need. I now live in New York. I have a great relationship, I am happy and I’m living my dreams. These are all things we have had detailed conversations about before I even started living it. She gave me advice that I didn’t quite understand years ago until now. I don’t think things happen by chance. It was meant for her to come in my life and for us to meet because the way my life has folded out would have been impossible without her. She inspires, she listens and really cares about other people. Mrs. Bronner definitely makes a great inspirational life coach. She will change and impact your life. She has without a doubt been a sensation and an angel in mine.- Jen, New York

She answered questions that I didn’t even have to ask...

I had a question once and the person I went to for the answer told me, “I feel Stacey can help you with that”. When I first met Stacey Bronner I pondered over the question, of how could this tiny human being, with the contagious smile help this middle aged woman to answer lifelong questions? The irony is she answered questions that I didn’t even have to ask. I received answers by just observing the way she related to others and me. The genuine attention and time that she put into any project that she is connected to shows how passionate she is. She always made time for me if I had questions or concerns. Her dedication to improving the human race one person at a time was enough to let me know that she is great as a life coach.- Joyce, Georgia

As a wife and mother of three and twin boys on the way, I began to feel that I was losing my identity...

Mrs. Bronner has helped me out tremendously.  As a wife and mother of three and twin boys on the way, I began to feel that I was losing my identity.  It is so easy to forget to take time for yourself without feeling guilty. Mrs. Bronner lovingly helped me understand my roles and how to manage them without feeling burnt out all of the time.  One of the issues I struggled with was time management.  I felt like I was playing “catch-up” all of the time.  This really made me feel defeated.  Mrs. Bronner made some suggestions regarding scheduling that have truly blessed me. I really appreciated her advice, especially since she knows the pressure associated with raising a large family.  What was most impressive is that she addressed all of my fears/concerns without judgment.  I really believe that she is walking in the calling that God has placed on her life.- T. Wills, Woodbridge, VA

She creatively encouraged me to see different perspectives...

Stacey helped me through a very difficult time in my life. She creatively encouraged me to see different perspectives of my situation and open myself up to more useful methods of coping. I am thankful to God for using Stacey to save my marriage and family. Thank you!!
Believe it or not, in that 1, maybe 2 conversations we had when we were going through, you did all of what I wrote, including getting us to Joe Beam.- C. Curry, Georgia

Stacey Bronner’s healthy coaching style has greatly influenced me...

Obesity is a major concern for most people and I am in no way exempt. However, Stacey Bronner’s healthy coaching style has greatly influenced me in my journey to getting and staying healthy. Her tips of promoting healthy nutritional food groups and water has helped me to clearly identify my weaknesses when planning my meals. I am now able to use these tips as a guide to making lifestyle judgments and changes which once hindered me in the past. Along with healthy eating she also continually recommends daily exercise. Our discussions are forever in my memory and her sensitive and insightful coaching will always continue to guide me to a healthier lifestyle.- F. Cameron, Worldwide YEP Assoc., Inc.

She is one of those women who truly "Walks the Talk"...

I can honestly say that when I talk with Stacey Bronner she really listens. During our conversations, she has always communicated a genuine concern for me and my family.  Even when the truth may sting a little, Stacey is honest and takes time to encourage me. I believe she desires that I do well. It’s also amazing to watch her juggle her responsibilities as a wife, mother, and business women and still successfully get things done. She is one of those women who truly “Walks the Talk”. You have truly touched my family and me in a positive way.- Carel, Atlanta, GA.

She uses her experience and knowledge to assist you, step by step...

Stacey’s life coach style reminds me of a double sided hurricane.  The initial phase is to level the playing field and then return to form a powerful foundation. She uses her experience and knowledge to assist you, step by step.- Tamara, Jonesboro, Ga.

Stacey will teach you the importance of not asking the question (out loud) “why me”...

Stacey embodies the essence of quiet life building courage and strength.  This force has allowed her to traverse many of life’s generous obstacles.   She is the sage to lead you in the struggle to trump the triad of issues that we deal with daily: health, business/economic, and family.  Stacey will teach you the importance of not asking the question (out loud) “why me”.  Instead, Stacey will show you how to avoid acting on the instinct of outward emotion.  She will further encourage you to take your moments to lament your woes (whatever they are) and then stand on the strength of knowing “this too will pass”.  In her own laboratory of life, she has developed a sound formula for an attitude of silent fortitude.  This is the kind of recipe that can only be cultivated and nurtured from a sweet spirit and an inspired smile.  This is the recipe you need to benefit from the nutrition of personal experiences mixed in with the bitterness of life’s lemons to make your own version of sweet success.- A.R., Tampa, Fl.

Thank you Stacey for being that person I needed to shape what I'm becoming...

When I came to Stacey for advice for some major life changing events, she provided positive and true feedback that allowed me to leverage what I wanted to do. Stacey thought hard about the questions I gave her concerning me, she understand this would shape the person I was becoming. She gave me her input but she gave me questions that I had to think about and ask myself, which allowed me to look at things different. One thing she gave was for me to write at least 25 things I like to do. I wrote a list of about 15 things and when I went to read what I wrote to her I realized that either I am doing those things now or have put provisions in place to get them done. Thank you Stacey for being that person I needed to shape what I’m becoming.- A.Henderson, Atlanta, Ga.

Stacey offers very practical, everyday advice that has helped me build and maintain positive habits...

Stacey offers very practical, everyday advice that has helped me build and maintain positive habits for a better lifestyle.  Her mixture or physical and mental/emotional/spiritual advice lets me to see how each part is connected and if one area is off, so will be the others.  I find myself looking at the nuggets of wisdom that she posts each day and looking for a way to practically apply them in my own life.  She has helped me to actively think about the choices I make daily for my health and well being and to be consistent.  From drinking more water, choosing healthier snacks (or choosing the not so healthy ones in moderation), to smiling more and being more positive; I am more aware of how all these things affect my daily walk. Thank you!- Y. McDonald, Georgia

Stacey is a wonderful person...

I would like to say that Stacey is a wonderful person. I love her honesty, her values. I like that you can see through her. What you see in her is what she is. She doesn’t pretend to be somebody she’s not, a hard working mom and wife. I respect her and I love her for that. She has giving me great advice to help me in my life.- Vilma B., Damascus, MD.

Your wisdom on nutrition daily and the health tips are something I try to read and take heed to...

Every once in a while, God will cause the paths of two people who do not know each other at all to cross on Purpose. I am learning more and more that the purpose is always for His plan. I sat here day in and day out, suffering from food allergies. The doctor called it, “Accumulating Allergies” meaning more and more foods were being added to the list just because.  As long as I ate junk food I was fine, but it seemed the moment I put something healthy to eat in my mouth it would trigger severe allergies. I would sneeze to the point where it felt like knives were shooting in my scalp trying to get out, or in my chest.  The sneezing was so bad that at times it was difficult to breathe. For some reason I ran across your page. On that particular page at the time I noticed in the news feed your “tips”.  I loved them and longed to be a person to eat like that…or at least add some of the ways on a regular basis in my life.  When I reached out to you and you gave me the information about do42.com. It changed my life. I no longer suffer from food allergies.  If I even get to the point where I begin sneezing… I now know that a simple decision to do better with my health will nip it. Your wisdom on nutrition daily and the health tips are something I try to read and take heed to.  Because of you and your coaching I worked with a personal trainer for the first time in my life. My goal was to simply “Keep up” on activities when I went on my annual outdoor retreats. I found that I was able to do much more than I believed my body could do. I want to take a moment to encourage you to continue to listen to God because you never know when He is using you to save a life. The encouraging conversations that I’ve had with you were inspiring and helped me to be aware of how important it is to focus on natural healthy habits that help me to move on Purpose a lot easier. I am glad God caused our paths to cross on purpose for His Purpose and His Glory. I praise God for using you to bless my life and others.  May God Bless you mightily!- K. Thomas, Atlanta, Ga

The same words she spoke to me are those that she has shared with countless readers in her book...

Today I write with the joy that only someone who truly has had a breakthrough can write. I had a conversation with Stacey Bronner about the struggle I was having with my daughter’s excess pounds.  Both my husband and I were overweight as children and still wage the battle of the bulge as adults.  We desired something different for our daughter and thought we had been on the right path until our daughter asked us one day if she was fat.  Honesty is something we teach and hence live in our household so I had to perform an honest assessment.  The fact was “yes”, she was overweight.  Stacey’s words of truth and wisdom have helped us to change that.  The same words she spoke to me are those that she has shared with countless readers in her book “Slim Down for Kids” and while they all rang true nothing was truer than if my child is overweight then it is nobody else’s fault but mine; my child cannot drive, she does not buy or prepare her own food, and even if someone else is giving her the wrong food it is me who allows it.  I took this to heart and decided to make the necessary changes not just in my child’s life but mine as well.  To date my daughter’s weight has normalized.  We continue to work with her ensuring that she eats a balanced diet filled with fresh vegetables and fruit and that she gets the proper amount of exercise (we build exercise into fun things like school recreational activities and family outings such as walks in the neighborhood).  As for me, I’m enjoying being 30 pounds lighter and although I still have a way to go to reach my goal weight, I’m taking it in stride because I have a secret…….Slim Down is not just for kid…. sshhh!!! Thanks Stacey for all your help.- M.H., Georgia

Thanks Stacey, you're very special...

Thanks Stacey, you’re very special…you make the world around you rock. A woman with very few words, but oh soooooooooooooooooo powerful. Love U and keep up the good work.- Arlene. M., Atlanta, Ga.
